This is an often-overlooked EEO analysis issue that can provide valuable insight. DCI experts look at whether performance is measured by supervisor ratings, objective metrics, or other means. Although not a bottom-line employment outcome, measures of performance may drive promotions, merit increases, and bonuses. Since these play a significant role in overall employment outcomes, it is often important to analyze them for adverse impact.
