Fred Satterwhite, M.S.

Fred Satterwhite is a principal consultant at DCI Consulting Group in Washington, DC, where he provides guidance and litigation support to clients regarding employment discrimination statutes and regulations, equal employment reporting guidelines, testing and selection procedures, affirmative action planning, pay equity, and related statistical analyses. He also serves on the staff of The Center for Corporate Equality and frequently contributes articles to DCI's OFCCP Blog Spot. Additionally, Fred manages a team of consultants and analysts who consult with Federal contractors and subcontractors on OFCCP compliance requirements.
Fred has worked more than 13 years in the field of industrial/ organizational psychology and employment discrimination analysis. He has served as the lead consultant on projects for several Fortune 500 companies, including a "nationwide focused compliance review" by the U.S. Department of Labor's Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs, and a nationwide class-action employment discrimination lawsuit. Every year, Fred conducts adverse impact and pay equity analyses for hundreds of his clients' establishments, and advises clients during dozens of compliance reviews. He also has developed and implemented selection and performance appraisal systems for IT departments, and has led HR software support, sales, and AAP/analytics teams.
Fred holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Radford University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Auburn University. He is currently enrolled in the Master of Arts in Theological Studies degree program through the college division of Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
