UPCOMING Webinars
May 2, 2017 11:00 am - 11:30 am EDT
Join DCI’s David Cohen and Joanna Colosimo for a 30-minute complimentary webinar to review and discuss the UK’s mandatory gender pay gap reporting requirements. On April 5, 2017, the UK's Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017 for private and voluntary-sector employers came into effect. This rule requires all private and voluntary-sector employers with 250 or more employees to publish prescribed information about their gender pay gap results. More specifically, organizations will be required to publish the results of this report to its website with a signed statement by a company official. In addition, this report will be uploaded to the Government’s website. During this webinar, we will discuss: Key reporting dates; General reporting and data requirements; Definition of ‘pay’ and ‘bonus’; Which employees need to be included in the report; Deep dive into the prescribed analytics; Suggestions for appropriate narrative statements. Please note: this complimentary webinar is reserved for DCI clients, federal contractors and law firms.
