UK Mandatory Gender Pay Gap Reporting Webinar
Join DCI’s David Cohen and Joanna Colosimo on April 5th, 2017 at 2 pm EDT for a 30-minute complimentary webinar to review and discuss the UK’s mandatory gender pay gap reporting requirements.
On April 5, 2017, the UK’s Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017 for private and voluntary-sector employers come into effect. This rule will require all private and voluntary-sector employers with 250 or more employees to publish prescribed information about their gender pay gap results. More specifically, organizations will be required to publish the results of this report to its website with a signed statement by a company official. In addition, this report will be uploaded to the Government’s website. During this webinar, we will discuss:
- Key reporting dates
- General reporting and data requirements
- Definition of ‘pay’ and ‘bonus’
- Which employees need to be included in the report
- Deep dive into the prescribed analytics
- Suggestions for appropriate narrative statements
Please note: this complimentary webinar is reserved for DCI clients, federal contractors and law firms.

DCI has just learned that OFCCP began to send out audit scheduling letters on March 17th. At this time we are not certain how many were sent out, but we do know that 800 CSALs (Corporate Scheduling Announcement Letters) were sent to contractor establishments last month. It is critical that corporate compliance representatives notify individual establishments in their organization to be on the look-out for any official OFCCP correspondence. If you did receive a scheduling notice, please notify DCI immediately so that we can assist you with the audit process.
