Minnesota Equal Pay Certificate
On May 11, 2014, the Women's Economic Security Act was signed. This law creates an obligation for state contractors to obtain an Equal Pay Certificate. More information can be found here.

State contractors with Minnesota who employ more than 40 employees and whose contract exceeds $500,000.
