VETS-4212 Reporting
Reporting for Federal Contractors
The Vietnam Era Veterans' Readjustment Assistance Act of 1974 (VEVRAA), requires federal contractors and subcontractors with a contract worth $150,000 or more to file a VETS-4212 report annually, regardless of how many employees the contractor or subcontractor has. This report must be filed with the Veterans' Employment and Training Service (VETS) by September 30 each year.
