DCI President David Cohen and Vice President of Government Relations Harold Busch attended the U.S. Department of Labor's awards ceremony luncheon in Washington, DC on April 26, 2006.
At the ceremony, OFCCP announced the 2005 Exemplary Voluntary Efforts (EVE) Award winners. The annual EVE Award honors federal contractors that have demonstrated exemplary and innovative efforts to increase the employment opportunities of minorities, women, individuals with disabilities, and veterans.
The winners for 2005 were:
- Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan - Detroit, MI
- Bright Horizons Family Solutions - Watertown, MA
- Southern Methodist University - Dallas, TX
