Dylan Tomsey, M.S.

HR Analyst

Dylan joined DCI in May of 2023 as an HR Intern with the Compliance and Workforce Analytics (CWA) team. He contributed to various CWA internal needs, AAP and other federal reporting projects, and supported consultants on individual tasks as needed. 

Following his internship, Dylan will join the Audit Strategy and Regulatory Affairs (AS&RA) team to continue working with DCI as an HR Analyst. With AS&RA, he will assist in conducting personnel data analyses, composing OFCCP-requested documentation, and application of regulatory knowledge to support clients undergoing OFCCP audit. 

Dylan graduated from Florida State University with his Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2019. He also graduated from the University of Central Florida with his Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology degree in 2024.
