Heidi Shaw is a Consultant on the Compliance and Workforce Analytics team at DCI Consulting. In her role she helps employers comply with federal affirmative action regulations and AAP development. Heidi also partners with clients to assist them in equal employment opportunity reporting and federal and state pay and employment filing requirements. 

Heidi joined DCI in 2023 as part of an acquisition and has 20 years of experience helping public and private sector employers navigate and meet their OFCCP compliance requirements. Heidi has a focus on customer relations and long-term client retention and has worked with clients of varying sizes and industries through her career in AAP development and OFCCP compliance support.
