Kymberly Muyanga

Senior HR Data Analyst

Kymberly Muyanga is a Senior HR Data Analyst on the Compliance and Workforce Analytics team at DCI. As part of her role, she supports the development of federal Affirmative Action Plans, equal employment opportunity reporting, adverse impact analyses, and supports OFCCP compliance.

Prior to joining DCI, Kymberly received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Organizational Leadership from Valencia College with a focus on Business and Human Resources Management. Her academic success permitted membership into the honor society, Phi Theta Kappa, and the Future Business Leaders of America’s chapter, Phi Beta Lambda. Through her internship at one of the world’s largest financial technology companies, she worked in vendor data analytics and federal compliance. Kym is also an accredited Certified People Analytics Specialist, having completed the requisite study hours and capstone project.
