Lisa Green is a Consultant at DCI Consultant on the Compliance and Workforce Analytics team. She joined DCI in 2023 and partners with employers to support them in their compliance with OFCCP equal employment opportunity laws and regulatory requirements. Additionally, she assists in the development of affirmative action plans, adverse impact analyses, compensation analyses, annual filings, mandated reporting requirements, and audit support. 

Prior to joining DCI, Lisa worked in the field of affirmative action for 22 years, providing a full range of affirmative action and equal employment opportunity compliance support to hundreds of public and private sector employers across various industries.
