Elizabeth Donaldson is an HR Data Analyst and an integral part of the Workforce Equity & Compliance Strategy Team. Her ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights makes her a key asset to her team. With a robust educational background and diverse professional experience, Elizabeth brings a unique perspective to her role. Elizabeth earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology, with a minor in sociology, from George Fox University, graduating Cum Laude. Her academic background provides a strong foundation for her analytical and people-focused work in HR.   

Before joining DCI Consulting, Elizabeth gained valuable experience in various industries. She has worked in restaurant management, where she honed her leadership and organizational skills, and as an operations specialist in lender and escrow services, where she developed a keen eye for detail and process optimization. Elizabeth resides in the beautiful Pacific Northwest with her husband and two children. In her free time, she enjoys quality time with her family, playing disc golf, and reading a good book.
