Sally Makreff serves as a Senior Consultant at DCI Consulting. She has worked in the affirmative action and equal employment opportunity field for over 20 years. She has an extensive knowledge of the affirmative action laws, not only at the federal level, but at the state and local levels as well. Sally develops affirmative action plans and counsels her clients on affirmative action compliance.

Sally earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Sally currently serves as the President for the Madison Industry Liaison Group.
