Susan is an HR Data Analyst on the Compliance and Data Solutions team at DCI Consulting. In her current role, Susan helps employers ensure compliance with affirmative action regulations and various state and federal pay filing requirements. Susan has 25 years of experience in this position, where she provides data and analytical support for various projects, including the creation of affirmative action plans.

Susan received a Bachelor degree in Economics from Willamette University in Salem, Oregon, and earned her Master’s in Business Administration from Portland State University in Portland, Oregon.
