Vath Yiv is a Senior HR Data Analyst on the Compliance and Workforce Analytics team at DCI. His role includes developing federal Affirmative Action Plans, equal employment opportunity reporting, adverse impact analyses, and supporting OFCCP compliance.
Before to joining DCI, Vath worked at Glenn Barlett Consulting Services, LLC, a small firm based in New Jersey that prepared Affirmative Action Plans for numerous public and private sector employers. He initially joined the firm as a Junior Data Analyst in 2007 and became a Partner in 2017.
