Victoria Jaimes is an HR Analyst on the Compliance and Data Solutions team at DCI. She began her journey with DCI as an intern in the Human Resources department, quickly developing an interest in HR compliance. 

With a Master of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Xavier University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from St. Edward's University, Victoria brings a comprehensive understanding of organizational dynamics and human behavior to her role. 

Victoria is dedicated to guiding clients through complex HR compliance challenges, leveraging her expertise to foster diverse work environments and ensure adherence to federal regulations. As an HR Analyst, she is committed to driving positive change in workplaces through tailored data solutions and compliance strategies.
