Victoria Ungvary

Senior Consultant

Victoria Ungvary is a Senior Consultant on the Compliance and Workforce Analytics team at DCI. Her role includes developing federal Affirmative Action Plans, equal employment opportunity reporting, adverse impact analyses, and OFCCP compliance.  

Prior to joining the DCI team in 2022, Victoria was at Glenn Barlett Consulting Services, LLC. She joined as an Administrative Assistant in 2012 and in 2017 she became the Managing Partner. 

Victoria earned her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
