Zach Olsen
Compliance & Data Solutions Manager and Senior Consultant
Zach Olsen is a Compliance & Data Solutions Manager and Senior Consultant at DCI Consulting. He joined DCI in 2021 as part of the company’s acquisition of HR Analytical Services.
With a decade of expertise in OFCCP, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Affirmative Action, and data analytics fields, Zach is well-equipped to handle a variety of client needs. He has extensive experience in developing federal and state affirmative action plans, providing support to clients undergoing OFCCP audits, conducting pay equity analyses, and assisting clients with federal and state EEO filings.
In his day-to-day role, Zach provides consulting services to key clients while also leading a team of consultants. His goal is to ensure each client’s regulatory obligations are minimized while receiving a highly personalized experience. Zach is focused not only on navigating clients through OFCCP compliance reviews, but more importantly, helping clients use their AAPs as diagnostic tools to proactively address systemic EEO issues within their organization.
Before entering this field, Zach earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He also gained valuable experience as a government administration intern at the City of Oak Creek, Wisconsin, where he conducted compensation analyses and contributed to the City’s labor negotiations with its police and fire unions.
