Bryce Hansell, M.A.
Associate Principal Consultant
Bryce serves as an Associate Principal Consultant on DCI's HR & EEO Analytics team, with over 10 years of external consulting experience with Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 clients. In this role, Bryce partners with companies to conduct Title VII compensation analyses and wage gap studies, consulting on risk as it relates to pay practices. He also performs non-discrimination disparity analytics on personnel activity, such as hiring, promotions, terminations, and performance appraisals.
Previously, Bryce led and supported a team of consultants helping companies comply with non-discrimination regulations, while also managing client accounts and relationships across a wide range of industries.
Bryce received a Master of Arts degree in Industrial-Organizational (I-O) Psychology from Xavier University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Bellarmine University. Bryce is a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) and President of the Kentucky Industry Liaison Group (KYILG).
