Associate Principal Consultant

Kermit Olson is an industrial/organizational psychologist who joined DCI Consulting in 2020 as an Associate Principal Consultant in the Employment and Litigation Services Division. He has more than 20 years of experience as an internal and external consultant working to assist public and private organizations with job analysis, development and validation of selection instruments, performance measurement, adverse impact, and litigation support.

Kermit received a B.A. from Trinity University, a Ph.D. in industrial/organizational psychology from Texas A & M University, and a J.D. from the University of Denver.
