Zhuang (John) Liu, Ph.D.

Zhuang (John) Liu joined DCI in July of 2024 and currently working as a senior consultant on DCI's HR and EEO Analytics team. His expertise is using statistical and economics models to assist companies in the evaluation of the fairness of their employment practices. 

Zhuang has more than 10 years of experience conducting economics research in the field of labor and industrial economics. Prior to joining DCI, Zhuang worked as a senior associate on antitrust and labor litigation at Charles River Associates, where he provided litigation consulting service for a range of industries, including technology, food, manufacturing, and pharmaceuticals. 

Zhuang earned his PhD in Economics from university of Western Ontario, and his M.A in Economics from Simon Fraser University.
