Jerilyn J. Whitmer

Vice President of Business Operations

Jerilyn J. Whitmer joined DCI Consulting in 2008 and currently serves as the Vice President of Business Operations.

In this role, she manages the day to day company operations including development and implementation of strategic structures and processes.  She manages financial reporting, corporate and client events, administrative support, IT security, and project management functions. Jerilyn is committed to fostering a collaborative cross functional team to ensure operational goals are met and aligned with the company’s vision.

In addition, Jerilyn provides operational support and manages events for The Institute for Workplace Equality, a national nonprofit employer association that trains and educates federal contractors in understanding and complying with their affirmative action and equal employment obligations. 

Jerilyn has a B.A. in Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix, more than fifteen years of experience with DCI Consulting Group and over thirty years of experience in event planning and coordinating.
