Anne Holmes

Vice President of Business Development

Anne Holmes joined DCI Consulting in 2021. In her role as Vice President of Business Development, she focuses on all new business development and client satisfaction for DCI. She currently oversees the Sales, Marketing, Contracts & Proposals, and Client Success teams and works closely with our consulting divisions to provide the best experience for DCI clients.

Prior to joining DCI, Anne spent nearly 10 years in a sales and management role for a leading OFCCP and Affirmative Action software company. She earned her B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities.
