Contracts Specialist

Cherilyn joined DCI Consulting Group as part of the Glenn Barlett Consulting Services acquisition in 2022. Cherilyn currently serves as a Contracts Specialist, where she leverages her expertise to support the business development team with RFPs, proposals, and contracts, as well as other operational initiatives. 

Prior to joining DCI, Cherilyn provided a full range of OFCCP compliance support services to hundreds of public and private sector employers. She specialized in affirmative action plan preparation, compensation analyses, audit support, and annual filings. Cherilyn has worked in the field of affirmative action since 1999.

Cherilyn earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies from Stockton University in 1998.
