Business Operations Specialist

Debra Smith-Hirschmann joined DCI Consulting in December of 2023 as a Business Operations Specialist. Prior to coming to DCI, Debra worked at an affirmative action compliance firm for 10 years and engaged in all phases of affirmative action plans, client and data processing, and administrative operations. Currently at DCI, Debra is working with several internal departments coordinating, tracking, updating, and implementing DCI processes. Debra studied Communications and Science at Oregon State University and the University of Oregon.
