Client Success Specialist

Olivia Vinyard joined DCI Consulting as a Marketing Intern in the fall of 2021 and was then brought on as a Project Analyst to provide operations support. As a Client Success Specialist, she provides support to the Contracts team and clients during the renewal process by cultivating strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction. Prior to joining DCI, Olivia earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Yale University and a Master of Arts in Political Science from George Washington University.
